Who Participates?
Each seminar includes up to 12 men and women who bring at least eight years of experience working in or with a corporate organization.

• We limit participation to no more than two people from any individual employer to ensure a more rigorous sharing of diverse experiences.
• Most participants hold management roles in their organizations or significant positions in which they want to influence the future of their departments and businesses, as well as their own careers.
