We created jallé Moving Conversations based on insight gained through our clients. Together, these three modules* address what we see as the most challenging, frequent and important career and talent themes in today's corporate setting:
- Career insights. Considers career challenges in the global business context. Explores employee trends and strategies to support professional development across generations.
- Discovering and using talent. Provides concrete techniques and examples to help line managers bolster individual development planning in any organization.
- Using feedback to realize potential. Gives tangible ideas for creating sources of feedback through which both the employee and manager gain motivation to grow and succeed
We tailor implementation to the talent and performance management processes and formats of each corporate client. Module delivery may take place as part of a larger program, through workhops scheduled specifically for line managers, and/or in a consulting model.
