To ensure we demonstrate respect for all participants who want learn via fully-attended sessions, all cancellations must be received 10 working days prior to the event.
Cancellation of seminars or workshops will be accepted for a full refund if cancelled 10 working days before the scheduled starting date.
Cancellations within 3-10 days prior to the seminar or workshop start will result in only 50% of fees refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations within 48 hours of a session.
Participant substitutions will be accepted. All cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail, post or FAX. In the case an event is cancelled by jallé, all fees submitted will be fully refunded.
